DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH & HUMAN SERVICES
The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) was created in 2015 through Executive Reorganization Order 2015-4. The new DHHS is a merger of the former Department of Community Health (DCH) and the former Department of Human Services (DHS). The first full fiscal year of operation for the new Department was FY 2015-16, which began on October 1, 2015.

HUMAN SERVICES
